What are our priorities?
Our mission is to promote peace!
Our heritage is forged by our ansestors seeking peace. The masses came to this country to avoid war and bloodshed taking place during the Prussian War. They came to the U.S. seeking peace and the right to earn a living. They lost all their lands in Europe and worked hard to establish themselves in a new country. This is true with many others immigrating to this country, escaping the Hungarian Revolution, conflicts in Ireland, Southeast Asian War, Mid-East conflicts, to name of few. They all strove for Peace and promoted neutrality. The United States in fact found it hard to take part in World Wars that arose at the beginning of the 20th Century, with our citizens remembering the hardships left behind in their country of origin.
Take a look around, what do you see? Our streets are filled with homeless, our school children are falling behind, our elders can no longer afford taxes and insurance in the state, bridges and roads are in shambles, citizens are still uprooted from Katrina. Its time to reprioritize our efforts and stop the war. Lets feed the hungry and return this country to the land of opportunity, the country that attracted so many of our ansestors.
Lets all do our part by becoming part of the election process this November. Taking our country back is a slow process that begins with you. Become involved in the process! Ask the politicians the hard questions before giving them your vote. What is there position on the war. What is their plan on saving jobs in this country? Vote for peace and prosperity in 2008!
